While we try to source good quality materials for our jewelry, they can tarnish overtime. please follow our jewelry care guide to prolong your jewelry's lifetime. some items are handmade and may include imperfections.

Returns/Exchanges 

  • For hygienic reasons, we don’t offer any exchanges. 

Cancellations/Refunds

  • Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. There are no refunds unless your products arrive damaged. Please send us a photo of the damaged product(s) within a week of delivery and have the item shipped back to us within 14 days. Buyer will be responsible for covering return shipping cost.

Once we have the item(s) in our hands, we will refund the full amount. 

Repair Services

Our repair services are free of charge! However, we ask the buyer to be responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for any repair/cleaning request.
